真夏に撮影しました。遠くをテーマにしています。遠くを見ているとき自分の肉体を感じない感覚のようなものを無頭人というタイトルにしています。アセファルという言葉があるのですが、自分の一番遠くに行くと、自分の内側に、自分という誰かを感じる、、というようなイメージも持ちながら制作しました。
II took this photo in the middle of summer. The theme is “distance.” I chose the title “Headless Person” to capture that sensation of not being aware of one’s own physical body when gazing into the distance. There’s a term called “asephal,” and I created this work while also holding onto the image of how, when you go as far away from yourself as possible, you end up feeling a sense of “yourself” deep within.
